THREADING INSERTS (PARTIAL PROFILE, SINGLE FLUTE)

GROOVE MILLING INSERTS (SINGLE FLUTE, DIN 471/472)

A line of inserts designed for groove milling operations. The groove widths, and other dimensions of these inserts are specially optimized towards the production of circlip rings (also known as C-clips, snap rings, or shaft retaining rings), based on the DIN 471/472 standard.

  • Minimum groove diameter: 10 mm
  • Nominal groove width: From 0.8 mm

MODULAR TOOL HOLDERS (SRCM)

A modular tooling system that enables the customer to conveniently use a wide set of tools, optimized for various applications. This allows for a substantial reduction of tool inventory, and eliminates the need for custom tools.

Every modular CMT tool can be used with an extension from the Carmex Deep Reach family, or with common steel/carbide extensions by other manufacturers. The holders accept standard CMT inserts (types C25 or S35).
