Family Overview
The DMT/DMTH tool family consists of high-performance tools that can be used in the production of internal threads. The circular motion performed by these tools during operation produces the thread hole, the actual thread, and an (optional) chamfer in a single work process. This eliminates the need to switch between tools, saving valuable time.

- Cancels the need to pre-drill the hole
- Suitable for both blind and through holes
- Same tool can be used for right-hand and left-hand threads
Our range of DMT/DMTH tools consists of the following lines:
DMT - THREAD MILLS WITH INTERNAL COOLANT BORE
Thread mills for machining 3 in 1 (drilling / threading / chamfering) applications. The tools in this product are equipped with a coolant bore which helps to wash away the chips during the cutting operation, helping to improve the tool performance, and maximize its life span.
Features:
- Tools available for the ISO & UN thread profiles
- The thread depth can be up to 2 x Thread Diameter
- Multi (3-4) flutes

DMT VERSION D – THREAD MILLS WITH INTERNAL COOLANT THROUGH THE FLUTES
Thread mills for machining 3 in 1 (drilling / threading / chamfering) applications. Unlike in the previous product line, these tools use coolant through the flutes, rather than through a coolant bore.
Features:
- Tools available for the ISO & UN thread profiles
- The thread depth can be up to 2.5 x Thread Diameter
- Multi (3) flutes

DMTH – 3 IN 1 FOR HARD MATERIALS
The DMTH product line expands the existing range of DMT thread mills, by offering tools with the ability to cut hardened materials, steels (incl. stainless), and super/high-performance alloys.

- The thread depth can be up to 2 x Thread Diameter
- Multi (3-4) flutes
