CHAMFERING AND GROOVING INSERTS (SINGLE FLUTE)

A line of inserts that support both chamfering and grooving jobs.

Carbide Grade(s):

Sub-micron grade with multi-layer TiAIN coating. This is a general purpose grade, which can be used with all materials. (ISO K10-K20)

CHAMFERING, GROOVING, AND BORING INSERTS (MULTI FLUTE)

A line of inserts that can handle chamfering, grooving, and boring jobs.

Features:

  • Multi (5-6) flutes

Sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10-K20). Extremely high heat resistance for maximum performance; Smooth cutting operation. General purpose for all materials.

CHAMFERING, GROOVING, AND BORING INSERTS (MULTI FLUTE, DOVETAIL 45°)

A variation of the previous line, the geometry of these inserts has been redesigned to support dovetail operations.

GROOVE MILLING INSERTS (SINGLE FLUTE)

GROOVE MILLING INSERTS (SINGLE FLUTE, DIN 471/472)

A line of inserts designed for groove milling operations. The groove widths, and other dimensions of these inserts are specially optimized towards the production of circlip rings (also known as C-clips, snap rings, or shaft retaining rings), based on the DIN 471/472 standard.

Features:

  • Minimum groove diameter: 10 mm
  • Nominal groove width: From 0.8 mm

A new generation of groove milling CMT inserts, engineered for high performance. The multiple, spiral flutes allow for shorter cycle times.
