Diamond End Mills

Diamond Tools

Family Overview

A family of end mills with a CVD thick-film diamond tip, optimized for the machining of highly abrasive materials. By integrating a full carbide body, these end mills are able to provide excellent rigidity and stability.

Recommended for the following materials:

  • Non-ferrous metals (especially Aluminum alloys with ˃ 12% Si)
  • Graphite
  • Glass and Carbon fiber composites (GFRP, CFRP, etc.)
  • Ceramics and Zirconium (in use in the dental industry)

Our range of diamond end mills consists of the following lines:

END MILLS (STANDARD)

Features:

  • Cutting diameter from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm
  • Corner radius from 0.005 mm to 0.5 mm
  • One or two flutes

Cutting Material(s):

A diamond-based material harder than PCD, and twice as wear-resistant. CVD delivers various benefits when machining long-chipping aluminum and magnesium alloys, high-silicon aluminum, precious metal alloys, plastics with abrasive fillers, tungsten carbide, and ceramic green compacts.
